You need to have a clear design strategy in place, one that revolves around satisfying the needs of your client in order for them to return to you -Understand and identify the needs of your clients -Come up with creative and innovative solutions  EFFECTIVE LISTENING One of the few issues designers can have is not listening to what the client has to say which leads to the client coming back for numerous corrections after the designs are made. PEROSNAL PROGRESS

OK welcome to this episode where I will be documenting my development and progress phase in my life just for record purpose , i am making this public because i might not know who i am inspiring with this but nevertheless we move 😂. Firstly over the course of April / May i took it upon myself to start a Digital Marketing course after several deliberation and procrastination😏 , you might be wondering if i am the lazy type , yes you are right i am. (no vex😂). This took me up to 2/3 weeks to finish and I finally had a test which i failed for a start cause it requires you to get 80% which i got 60% , so i had to retake the course sha (I was so annoyed with myself here but i had no choice) , I sha had to rerun  , Alas I got 90% the next I took it (Para para) and I requested for my certificate then and it was presented to me.   Tell us about your Background I was born and raised in South East, Nigeria. I come from a family of six and I grew up under the tutelage of my parents. As avid readers, my parents loved to buy books so we had an entire library at home. They instilled in us kids, the habit of reading at a very early stage. At Last , ASUU Agrees to Call Off Strike, Put Out Two Major Conditions

  ASUU has finally agreed to call off its long strike action but reiterated that it will only happen if the federal government meets two major demands The president of ASUU, Prof. Emmanuel Osedeke said; The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) said it is ready to call off the over three-month-old strike if only certain conditions are met by the federal government, the Guardian newspaper reported. As gathered by Legit.ng, the leadership of ASUU said the conditions to be met include the federal government accepting the University Transparency and Accountability Solution (UTAS) payment platform and also concurring with the 2009 agreement. The heated battle between ASUU and the federal government is at the mercy of just two major agreements and if met, the strike will end.
